Paying union dues helps to ensure the union has enough support and resources to service the Local and its members.

IUOE Local 904 Members are required to pay monthly contributions of union dues to the union. Paying union dues helps to ensure the union has enough support and resources for representation to service the Local and its members. In doing so we can achieve fair wages and benefits while maintaining safe working conditions.

All members who are not working are required to pay out of work monthly union dues in the amount of $22.00 per month.

While working, monthly working dues are deducted from each members’ pay and remitted to the Local by the contractor. The amount of monies deducted for working dues can vary according to the Collective Agreement the member is working under.

Dues are payable on the 1st of every month. It is the members responsibility to ensure all union dues are paid up to date to maintain good standing.

Statements are issued by the Union to all members at the end of the year.
